Air-con Temp Monitoring

This system delivers energy savings in building air conditioning by controlling air conditioning and lighting using the effect of sensory temperature together.

The core technology of the integrated lighting and air conditioning control system is hue-heat integrated lighting and air conditioning control. This technology was developed for energy savings from the results of demonstration experiments on integrated air conditioning and lighting control that maximize the synergistic effects of air conditioning temperature and lighting color temperature. The experiments were conducted at the Keihanna Science City Meta-Comfort Lab as a “Global Research Complex project for the creation of ‘Meta-Comfort’ smart society via i-Brain×ICT,” which is supported by the Japan Science and Technology Agency

Elevator Monitoring Systems

Our BOX Computer obtains the information about the elevator cage.

The measurement data is collected by the host computer and is used to change the elevator control pattern based on the parameter settings configured by the host computer.

This system performs remote monitoring of public restrooms to provide appropriate maintenance (determination of cleaning intervals), thus promoting water saving at public restrooms and environmental protection.

It helps to detect long-period restroom users to provide a secure and safe environment.


Wastewater Monitoring System

Wastewater Monitoring System

This system monitors the amount of discharged wastewater at construction sites using the CONPROSYS™ series.

It observes whether the discharged amount exceeds the upper limit imposed by the wastewater disposal agreement, and detects the malfunction concerning other discharge control items when no wastewater is discharged.
